With New Symrna running their World Series this week it's a good time to look back at the 1990 World Series Champion Tony Jankowiak.  Unfortunately this would be the rising stars last triumph as he lost his life at Stafford Speedway that April.  Some good came out of Tony's death as it seemed to be the last straw, and NASCAR mandated changes to the design of the Modified Chassis which made the cars safer.
