Charlie Jarzombek made history on the tracks of Long Island and New York before taking money from New England Tracks. The winner of many "Big Money" races in New England he was the 1985 Modified Champion at Stafford Speedway.
On February 1, 2004 Charlie will be inducted into the New England Auto Racer's Hall of Fame (NEAR).  NASCAR on Fox's Mike Joy is the MC along with speakers Dick Berggren, Bones Bourcier, Ken Squire, Lew Boyd and others.  Many of the former Hall of Fame inductees will be in attendance as usual.
