Voted one of the top 25 Modified Drivers of All-Time, Billy has well over 400 career victories at one time pretty much owned Riverside Park Speedway when it was run by the UNITED Stock Car Racing Club.  A member of the New England Auto Racers Hall of Fame, Billy will be signing autographs at the NEAR Exhibit at Racearama, along with other Hall of Famers, on Saturday March 6th from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. The first 50 fans in line will receive FREE Photo Autograph cards of each Hall of Famer signing autographs courtesy of NEAR.
