Ronnie Wycoff  started his racing career in the Sportsman Division at Plainville Stadium in the early to mid 60's the #88 is one of Ron's first Plainville Sportsman Cars, if not the first.  Ron then went on to drive Eddie Mack's #95 Sportsman before both Eddie and Ron moved on to the Modifieds where Ronnie drove the Ed Mack #95 to many victories before moving on to other tracks and driving some of the top Modifieds of the era, including the Simon's #9 and Czarnecki's #20.

Ron was one of the many drivers who raced the Ron Berndt owned #54's and besides Plainville Stadium he competed at most of the Northeast Tracks including Stafford, Thompson, Seekonk, Waterford and Riverside Park Speedway where his 7 feature victories places him 34th on the All-Time Riverside win list.
